Kathmandu� To mark the occasion of World Chocolate Day on 7 July, Aloft Kathmandu Thamel hosted a chocolate infused soiree which included a 3-course meal inspired by incorporating the range of flavors of cacao bean.
Attended by a close group of social media influencers and celeberities, the dinner was an opportunity for Aloft�s key management team members to showcase the culinary skills and property in an intimate setting at the Nook.
The Executive Chef Mr. Shailendra Singh and Executive Sous Chef, Mr. Rajeev Shrestha, had prepared a chocolate infused 3 course meal, which included the Homemade chicken liver pat� with caramelized apple, fig and chocolate orange sauce; pan-seared chicken with a Mexican chocolate sauce and a frosted chocolate parfait.
The Director of Food &Beverage, Mr. Deependra Singh and Executive Chef, Mr. Shailendra Singh, opened the evening welcoming all the guests.
A sweet-infused evening was hosted by the Aloft Kathmandu Thamel team to countdown the opening of the Aloft Kathmandu, Thamel as well.
