The Momo Mania at Hyatt Regency is offering exotic varieties of both vegetarian & non-vegetarian freshly made momos prepared to perfection with choices from prawn to chicken to spinach & asparagus ricotta. The momos served are: Non Vegetarian: Chicken Momo, Prawn Momo, Thyme & Buff Momo Vegetarian: Cottage Cheese Momo, Spinach & Asparagus Ricotta Momo, Mushroom, Cheddar Cheese and Thyme Momo These momos are served with Tomato Pickle, Coriander and Garlic Pickle and Ginger and Soya Pickle.
