  • Dry roast the spices and then grind.
  • Grind the coconut, poppy seeds and fennel seeds.
  • Heat the oil, then add whole garam masala and sliced onion. Let the mixture turn brown then add ginger garlic paste.
  • Saut� for a while and then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and sliced tomato. Cook well.
  • Add the mutton and the paste of the ground spices. Cook well until tender.
  • Finish with coconut paste and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
