Method
- Dry roast the spices and then grind.
- Grind the coconut, poppy seeds and fennel seeds.
- Heat the oil, then add whole garam masala and sliced onion. Let the mixture turn brown then add ginger garlic paste.
- Saut� for a while and then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and sliced tomato. Cook well.
- Add the mutton and the paste of the ground spices. Cook well until tender.
- Finish with coconut paste and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
