Kathmandu- Hotel Annapurna organized its annual Princess Jayanti Achievment Award on the 4^th of August, rewarding the top three female achievers in the field of tourism and hotel management studying at the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM). Receiving the awards this year were Ms. Aarati Silwal from the 3^rd year, Ms. Nisha Byanjankar from the 2^nd year and Ms. Juna Lama from the 1^st year. Each recipient was presented with a silver coin along with a cash prize of Rs. 40000. The award was inaugurated in 2002 and seeks to empower and encourage females as they begin their careers in the tourism and hospitality sector. The event was graced by the Minister of Education, Mr. Giriraj Mani Pokhrel. The event was a part of the hotel�s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that focuses on creating awareness and facilitating aid to underprivileged members of the society.
