With a new Executive Pastry Chef at their disposal, Radisson Hotel Kathmandu held a tasting session of a new line of delectable cakes and pastries available at the hotel�s The Pastry Shop.
The two-day tasting event featured original and innovative treats that the hotel is hoping will change the scenario of the cakes and pastries scene in the country.
Executive Pastry Chef, Lokendra Yonjan Tamang boasts plenty of experience having worked in various countries around the globe. He along with his team has come up with various new cakes and pastries designed for each season of the year. He hopes that with these new creations, a fresh taste of various products will keep guests interested all year round.
�The cakes and pastries you see in the country have become very stagnant. Every season we see the same cakes and pastries everywhere. Radisson Hotel wants to change that and with our new creations we hope to showcase cakes and pastries that have not been seen in the country yet�, said Chef Tamang.
