Method
? Mix the chopped mutton with mutton mince.
? Heat oil, add ginger garlic and saut� till brownish.
? Mix brown onion paste, tomato gravy, degi mirch powder, cardamom, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, coriander powder, meat masala, garam masala and chopped coriander chopped. Add the mixture to the pan in which you are saut�ing the ginger garlic. Add salt and mix well.
? Add chopped mutton and mutton mince, cook till dry.
? Add lemon juice and any other spices as per your taste. Serve hot.
