Ingredients 640 gms� � � � �Shrimp 15 gms� � � � � Corn Flour � tsp� � � � � � �Pepper 1 tsp� � � � � � � Dashi 5 gms� � � � � � �Chili Paste 3ml� � � � � � � � Sesame Oil 2 gms� � � � � � Sugar For garnishing� � �Black Sesame Seeds To taste� � � � � � �Salt Spicy Mayo Ingredients 2 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise 2 gms Chili Paste 2 gms Garlic Paste 5 gms Sriracha Sauce 2 gms Shichimi Powder Method
  • Wash and drain shrimps. Marinate with salt, pepper, dashi, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil and corn flour.
  • Mix well and fry in medium hot oil till golden brown in color.
  • Toss in spicy mayonnaise and serve. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
Spicy Mayo Sauce Method
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of spicy sauce mentioned above.
  • Mix well and store. (Can be made in advance and kept refrigerated).
