For garnishing� � �Black Sesame Seeds

Spicy Mayo Ingredients
2 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise
2 gms Chili Paste
2 gms Garlic Paste
5 gms Sriracha Sauce
2 gms Shichimi Powder
Method
- Wash and drain shrimps. Marinate with salt, pepper, dashi, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil and corn flour.
- Mix well and fry in medium hot oil till golden brown in color.
- Toss in spicy mayonnaise and serve. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of spicy sauce mentioned above.
- Mix well and store. (Can be made in advance and kept refrigerated).
