Method:
- Stuff salmon belly with basil leaves, mint leaves, garlic, anchovy fillets, kale leaves,
- Dijon mustard, freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
- Mix white flour with half cup water and knead it to a dough.
- Dust the Salmon in seasoned flour. Coat it with egg yolk.
- Roast the salmon in 160-degree oven for 10 minutes and serve after resting it for few minutes.
