Ingredients 140gm� � � � � � � � � � � Salmon Felly 5g� � � � � � � � � � � � � � Basil Leaves 5g� � � � � � � � � � � � � � Fresh Mint Leaves 1 Graved� � � � � � � � � Clove, Halved 3� � � � � � � � � � � � � � �Anchovy Fillets 15gm� � � � � � � � � � � �Kale Leaves 200gm� � � � � � � � � � �Boiled Vegetables 1 tbsp� � � � � � � � � � � Dijon Mustard 1 nos� � � � � � � � � � � �Egg Yolk 200 gm� � � � � � � � � � White Flour Half Cup Water To taste� � � � � � � � � � Salt and Black Pepper Method:
  • Stuff salmon belly with basil leaves, mint leaves, garlic, anchovy fillets, kale leaves,
  • Dijon mustard, freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • Mix white flour with half cup water and knead it to a dough.
  • Dust the Salmon in seasoned flour. Coat it with egg yolk.
  • Roast the salmon in 160-degree oven for 10 minutes and serve after resting it for few minutes.
