Ingredients

1 tsp� � � � � � � � �Turmeric
1 tbsp� � � � � � � � Mustard Paste
80 gms� � � � � � � �Hung Curd
1 tbsp� � � � � � � � Mustard Oil
1 tsp� � � � � � � � � Ginger Paste
1 tsp� � � � � � � � � Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp� � � � � � � �Green Chili Paste
To taste� � � � � � � Salt
Method
- Clean and cut the broccoli in to medium sized florets. Add turmeric and salt in water, bring it to boil and blanch the broccoli florets.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing hung curd, mustard paste, mustard oil, turmeric, chili paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice and salt.
- Marinate the blanched broccoli with the above marinade and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Insert in metal skewer and cook in tandoor for about 3 -4 minutes.
- Once done, serve hot with mint chutney.
