We were awe-inspired by this epitome of luxury blending flawlessly with its neighbours - the flagships of leading Hotel luxury brands! Rooms & Suites Out of the four thousand and one rooms, over a three hundred and fifty of them are suites, with each offering breath-taking views! Our deluxe room was a combination of warm red hues and plush carpeting and had on offer subtle, adjustable lighting, the whole ambience conveyed Luxury, privacy and originality galore. Food & Beverage As the dashing Indian General Manager Saurabh Bakshi walked us in, amid a chorus of hellos from smartly dressed staff, we were mesmerized by the concept of making your own hot pot meal at XIN. This restaurant made our meal a magical experience for the senses, even before we commenced. Xin is the best hotpot place in Macau and offers the perfect balance of the finest and freshest of ingredients, soulful broths, scrumptious dipping sauces and Asian inspired dishes. Xin Hotpot boasts of vibrant and chic interiors, and a buffet style setting, that replicates the concept of a food market where the diner can actually pick and choose his/her choice of meat, vegetable, noodles, and seafood, to accompany the broth that they have selected. This traditional Chinese style comfort food is the ideal feast, to go and enjoy with your family and friends. It is the only hotpot restaurant in Macau to ever receive, the Bib Gourmand Award 2017, by the Michelin Guide Honking Macau. Besides the hotpot menu, the restaurant also offers a delicious dessert section, that comprises of the classic desserts like the famous �Portuguese egg tart� and also contemporary desserts like, the warm gooey �dark chocolate brownie�. They also have a handful selection of ice creams by Haggen -Dazs. The Palms Caf� and Bar doesn�t fail with its intriguing mix of traditional traveller�s fare and new �age cooking. It is quite bistro in style and one can wash away one�s fatigue with a tall glass of fresh fruit julep or just stroll across in the evening in a pair of shorts for a glass of exquisite French wine. There�s also more finger-licking variety of food to go with your tipple. Chef Luca Pecorari the head chef at Bene, trusts in giving out food that is packed with flavour, but at the same time does not lose its authenticity, he likes sticking to old-fashioned recipes that help him produce top quality Italian food.
