Method
- Marinate all sides of salmon with garlic, chopped thyme, oregano, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
- Steam the salmon until cooked.
- Spread the beetroot puree over the rim of plate then place all ingredients such as fresh herbs, lemon cherry tomato, broccoli & button mushroom over the beetroot on the round shape.
- lace the salmon on the bed of boiled corn & broccoli topped with thyme lemon sauce.
