Spiced Espresso Toddy
Ingredients 45 ml� � � � � � � Cognac 1 inch� � � � � � � Ginger (ground) to be muddled in glass 2 pinches� � � � �Cinnamon (ground) Double shot� � � Hot Espresso 1 tsp� � � � � � � � Wild Organic Honey 3 Bay� � � � � � � �Leaves 1 Star� � � � � � � Anise 8-10� � � � � � � � Cloves 1� � � � � � � � � � �Cinnamon Stick 1� � � � � � � � � � �Lemon Slice Method- Add cognac in a hurricane glass.
- Pour hot espresso with organic honey, stir well and put a hand crushed bay leaf, 3-4 cloves, cinnamon stick & star anise
- Take a lemon slice & pin up with 5 cloves and smoke it by burning that lemon slice for 10 seconds.
- Garnish with remaining Bay Leaves.
