Ingredients

15 gms� � Breadcrumb
15 gms� � Cornflour
30 gms� � Parmesan Cheese
1 Large� � Potato, boiled
1� � � � � � �Egg
For deep frying Oil
To taste� � Salt and Pepper
Method
- Wash mushroom, remove the stem to make it hollow.
- Mash boiled potatoes and mix well with salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the potato parmesan mixture.
- Make a batter of cornflour and egg.
- Dip mushrooms in cornflour batter and then coat it with breadcrumb.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve with sauce of your choice.
