Method
? Wash the chicken drumstick and marinate it with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and� � � � �white pepper.
? Mix cashewnut paste with milk and cheese paste. Add salt, white pepper, cardamom� � � � � �powder and kasoori methi.
? Heat refined oil in the pan and add ginger garlic paste, salt, green chili, chopped ginger.� � � Saut� for a while.
? Add chicken mince and cook till dry.
? Slit the drumsticks and stuff the minced chicken mixture.
? Grill the stuffed chicken drumsticks for 25 minutes.
? Top with cream and chat masala.
