1 tbsp� � � � � � � � �Fresh Lemon Juice

Method:
- Marinate the beef with salt and pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Boil the potato and mash it.
- In a heated pan use a little bit of butter and add mashed potato and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut broccoli and carrots and blanch them in running boiled water.
- In a heated pan, use a little bit of butter and shallow fry boiled broccoli and carrot.
- Cook the beef in 160-degree Oven for 8 minutes or cook it in stick pan.
- Top the beef with demi-glace syrup and side it with mashed potatoes and cut broccoli and carrots.
