Tenderloin Beef Steak with Pepper Sauce

Ingredients 200 gm� � � � � � � �Beef Tenderloin 100 gm� � � � � � � �Potato 2 tbsp� � � � � � � � �each Butter and Cream 2 tbsp� � � � � � � � �Olive Oil 1 tbsp� � � � � � � � �Fresh Lemon Juice 100 gm� � � � � � � �Broccoli 100gm� � � � � � � � Carrot To Taste� � � � � � � Salt and Pepper Method:
  • Marinate the beef with salt and pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Boil the potato and mash it.
  • In a heated pan use a little bit of butter and add mashed potato and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut broccoli and carrots and blanch them in running boiled water.
  • In a heated pan, use a little bit of butter and shallow fry boiled broccoli and carrot.
  • Cook the beef in 160-degree Oven for 8 minutes or cook it in stick pan.
  • Top the beef with demi-glace syrup and side it with mashed potatoes and cut broccoli and carrots.
