Kathmandu�The spirit of Chimney was rekindled along with the lighting of the Chimney restaurant at Hotel Yak & Yeti on the 15th of November. The Chimney at the restaurant is lit every year in the mid of November, a tradition that can be dated back to its establishment. Hotel Yak and Yeti perceives the lighting of the Chimney as welcoming the winter in Kathmandu. H.E. Wellage Swarnalatha Perera, Ambassador of Sri Lanka, H.E Mr. Saeed Hamdan Al Naqei, Ambassador of UAE and Ms. Monika Scheiblauer, General Manager Hotel Yak & Yeti jointly lit up the Chimney this year.   The Chimney Restaurant was recently re-launched with an all new menu and an extended outdoor terrace seating overlooking the hotel�s serene garden. The new menu serves traditional signature dishes while also offering guests an inspired comfort menu with local favorites is offered at the Chimney. Smoked Beckti, Chicken A la Kiev and the flaming baked Alaska are few of the many delectable dishes being served at The Chimney.Executive Chef Ameya Deshmukh, refines each dish with masterful innovation.
