The Soaltee Kathmandu has inaugurated 20 days long Indian Food Festival on 15th July. Garden Terrace, the all-day dining outlet of The Soaltee Kathmandu will be serving the Indian delicacies, trade and culture during dinner time throughout these 20 days. CD Foundation India and The Soaltee Kathmandu has jointly organized this food festival where best of delicacies from all over India are being served.

According to the hotel, the�delicacies�are�curated�by�the guest chefs from Trident Hyderabad Rohit Kumar and Nirmal Manna�along with Executive Chef of The�Soaltee�Kathmandu�Agnimitra�Sharma.
This festival is expected to open doors to trade and culture collaborations between India and Nepal which are always culturally connected. The Indian partners for this event are Trident Hyderabad, United Sikhs, Sitaram Bhartia Hospital, Masterstroke Salon and Academy, Architude, DAN International, Air Communications and My Tirth India.
A diverse menu has been curated with varieties of Starters, Salads, Soups, Rice Dishes, Indian Breads, Daals, Exotic Veg and Non-Veg Curries, Relishes, Pickles, and Desserts.
