Mirazur, a Mediterranean restaurant in Menton, France (about an hour from Nice) is the world�s best restaurant,�according�to the 2019 list of The World�s 50 Best Restaurants, which positions restaurants based on the votes of 1,000 world-wide trade experts.
Award diners, goal your forks. World�s 50 Best Restaurants list by William Reed Business Media is now out. The superstars of the gastronomic world congregated at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The awards, which were held for the first time in Asia, saw 26 countries crossways five continents reverenced with a place on the list, which finished with the broadcast of a new No.1 - Mirazur, in Menton, France.

THE TOP FIVE
Debuting on the World�s 50 Best Restaurants list back in 2002, Mirazur has made its way as NO 1 with its views of the Cote D�Azur along the border with Italy, patio farm produce and a scrumptiously simple salted beetroot with caviar cream dish. Behind is Ren� Redzepi�s Noma in its new location (No.2) in Copenhagen, followed by Atxondo, Spain�s Asador Etxebarri (No 3), Gaggan of Bangkok (No 4) with its emoji menu and Copenhagen�s Geranium (No.5).

More specifically, the 2019 World�s 50 Best Restaurants List included the addition of a few new Latin American restaurants along with the first Colombian location to make the roundup. Hong Kong�s The Chairman also made it way in as the only restaurant serving Chinese cuisine on the list. BEST FEMALE CHEFS
Mexican-born Daniela Soto-Innes was christened World�s Best Female Chef, an award that habitually appeals debate as some see it reveling the disparity that the event�s coordinators say it helps address. In her speech she communicated every so often hostile culture that continues in kitchens around the world, saying. �I decided that if I ever ran my own kitchen it would be more like the kitchens I grew up in: replete with joy, cheerfulness and community�. Soto-Ines�s Manhattan restaurant Cosme was named (23rd) best in the world. The World�s Best Pastry Chef Award was given to Jessica Pr�alpato, the head pastry chef at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Ath�n�e (No.16) in Paris.

Other distinguished honours conveyed at the ritual comprise the Art of Hospitality Award which went to Tokyo�s Den. Alain Passard was bestowed the Chefs� Choice Award for his inventions in plant-based gastronomy long before it was the norm and Schloss Schauenstein of F�rstenau, Switzerland received the Sustainable Restaurant Award. A week ago, ahead of the awards ceremony the organization exposed the first cut of restaurants in this year�s special 120 winners list. These top 50 come on the heels of the preceding the stretched rankings, which now count 120 restaurants. On the long list, Thomas Keller�s�Per Se fell from No. 81 to (No. 115), yonder the possibility of the unique prolonged list. New York�s�Momofuku Ko�dropped from No. 62 to No. (72), and�Chef�s Table at Brooklyn Fare�fell from No. 69 to (No. 77). The Korean Atomix, debuted, just sliding in at (No. 119) � so close! Indian Accent climbs up to (No. 60) and retains being India�s best.
