Kathmandu� Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is hosting a wine dinner on Friday, 14 September 2018. Sommelier Fraser Jones will highlight the evenings meticulously prepared four-course mushroom-themed menu with complimentary Zonin wines. Fraser Jones is an Italian wine specialist representing Italy's largest family owned production company, Zonin 1821. He has studied toward the prestigious Wines and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) diploma and has over ten years� experience in the global wine business. The dinner will begin with mushroom and onion jam paired with Zonin Prosecco, �Cuvee 1821�, before continuing with grilled salted mushroom with prawns or dates and feta cheese mushroom paired with Rocca di Montemassi, �Calasole� Vermentino 2016. The main courses are stuffed lamp chop with button mushroom paired with Castello di Albola, Chianti Classico 2013, or mushroom zucchini roll, morel mushroom and red wine cinnamon jus served with Rocca di Montemassi, �Le Focaie� 2016. The dinner will conclude with the chef�s signature dessert paired with Zonin Asti Spumante.
